Tigers to host free youth basketball clinic
Get ready for some hoops action! The Marshalltown Community College Women's and Men's Basketball teams are excited to host a free basketball clinic just for their young fans. This is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to learn the fundamentals of the game directly from the college players and coaching staff.
Get ready for some hoops action! The Marshalltown Community College Women's and Men's Basketball teams are excited to host a free basketball clinic just for their young fans. This is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to learn the fundamentals of the game directly from the college players and coaching staff.
The clinic is open to all boys and girls in Kindergarten through 4th grade and will be held on Tuesday, November 11th, from 5:30 to 6:15 pm at the MCC Student Activity Center.
The focus of the session will be on fundamental basketball skills, providing a fun and engaging environment for young players to develop their game. Best of all, this clinic is completely FREE.
Participants and their families are encouraged to stick around after the clinic and cheer on the Tigers. Admission is free for the MCC vs. Central College JV game, which tips off at 7:00 pm. All clinic participants will receive a free hot dog and drink to enjoy while watching the game!
